Dear Parish Family,
“Repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God.” (Matthew 22:21)
In the Gospel this weekend, Jesus reminds us that while we have responsibilities to our families, our work, and our community, our deepest loyalty belongs to God.
Jesus asks us to remember whose image we carry. We are created in the image of God, called to reflect His love, mercy, and goodness in the way we treat others.
Our faith is lived through our daily actions—by forgiving, helping those in need, showing kindness, and making time for God.
This week, let us ask ourselves: What am I giving to God? Our time, our talents, our love, and our hearts are among His greatest gifts.
We live in this world, but we belong to God. Let us reflect His love wherever we go.
A Prayer for our Holy Father as he recovers from surgery.
Heavenly Father,
Hold Pope Leo XIV close in Your care. Grant him healing, strength, and peace as he recovers. Renew his health, comfort his spirit, and surround him with Your love. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Peace be with you!
God Bless,
Fr. Cyrus
