Pastor’s Message: November 26, 2023

Dear Parishioners,

This weekend as we celebrate the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ the
King,
we come to the end of the liturgical year. Jesus speaks about the end times and how he will separate the sheep from the goats. The message of this gospel is that we are called to love and serve others, especially those who are marginalized and in need.

We are reminded that our actions in this life have eternal consequences. As followers of Christ, we are called to love and serve others, especially the least among us. We are called to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, welcome the stranger, clothe the naked, care for the sick, and visit the imprisoned.

Through our works of mercy, we show our love for Christ and our desire to serve him as our King .Let us renew our commitment to live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ and to serve him with all our hearts in our everyday lives. We are called to be servants of others, just as Jesus was a servant to all.

Wishing everyone a blessed Thanksgiving Holiday

Pray for Peace!
God Bless you,
Fr. Cyrus
